We propose to deliver an enterprise-grade, Oracle Cloud–based GHG Carbon Accounting and Emissions Reduction solution to support accurate measurement, management, and reduction of Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions. The proposed scope includes:      

1. GHG Carbon Accounting Management System (GHGCAMS) Design, configuration, and deployment of a fully digitized carbon accounting platform built on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, enabling auditable tracking and reporting of Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions.      
2. Emissions Reduction Strategy Development of practical and measurable emissions reduction strategies, including the evaluation and implementation of renewable energy and emissions reduction technologies.    
3. Product Life-Cycle Carbon Accounting Assessment and ongoing tracking of product-level carbon intensity across applicable life-cycle boundaries.      
4. Scope 3 Supplier Emissions Enablement In collaboration with organizations, support for suppliers to measure, report, and manage Scope 3 emissions using standardized, digitized systems.
